Late Filing Penalties
Failure to file annual returns on time may result in significant penalties and legal consequences:

  • Non-filing fee (1 year): No.of directors*1000*2 offence*1year
  • Non-filing fee (2 year): No.of directors*2000*2 offences*2years
  • Non-filing fee (3 year): No.of directors*2000*2 offences*3years
  • For Non-Operational/Defunct Companies: No.of directors*2000*2 offences*No.of years (more than 2 years)
  • Companies may be struck off the register after 3 years of non compliance
