The Corporate Regulatory Authority, MoICE would like to notify the following companies to comply with the final call for mandatory data migration that is being implemented for all registered companies until May 24, 2024.

Action required: The above listed companies arerequired carry out data migration by providing the necessary company data in the specified format. Deadline for Compliance: Please be advised that your company must complete this data migration process no later than May 30, 2024.

Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to complete the data migration by the specified deadline will result in your company being struck-off from the registered list of companies. This may affect your company’s legal status and ability to commercially operate your business.
